We are excited to announce our First Annual Food Truck Rally, hosted by Heather Bontreger, owner of Feather Wellness, at the Grant County Fairgrounds!
This exciting new event will take place alongside our Annual Holistic Wellness Fair, which has a long history of strong attendance and community support. By combining these two events, we aim to create a vibrant, family-friendly atmosphere that supports both local businesses and event-goers alike.
We welcome food trucks near and far to come showcase their delicious offerings. From savory meals to sweet treats and specialty drinks, this rally is the perfect way to kick off the season and connect with a large, diverse crowd.
With an established wellness fair happening the same day, attendees will enjoy shopping, healing services, and community experiences — all while enjoying amazing food from a variety of food trucks. We can’t wait to try everything!
FOOD TRUCK VENDOR REGISTRATION INFORMATION
📋 Registration Details
• Vendor Fee: $40 per food truck
• Vendor fee is due upon registration
• Fee is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the host

📄 Required Documentation
All food truck vendors must provide:
• Valid mobile food license
• Certificate of Insurance (Insurance must be valid on the event date)

⏰ Event Expectations
• Vendors must be able to remain onsite for the entire event duration (10am–4pm)
• Arrival and setup times can start anytime after 7am
• Vendors are responsible for their own power and equipment unless otherwise approved
• Vendors must follow all local, county, and state regulations
• Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and disposing of trash and grease properly

📣 Promotion
We will actively promote this event through social media and community channels.
• By registering, vendors grant permission for their business name, logo, and food photos to be used for event promotion
• Vendors are encouraged (but not required) to promote the event on their own social media pages

• This is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event
• No alcohol sales permitted unless approved separately
• Event organizers reserve the right to make layout and placement decisions
