Release and cleanse yourself of the past and reset for the New Year. Join Mindful Empowerment and Feather Wellness Sunday, January 21st at 1pm for a Release and Reset Workshop.

Workshop Includes:
Kick off with a Guided Meditation. Then a smudging ritual to help cleanse yourself. Learn about the importance of smudging and how to cleanse yourself and your space, along with what materials to use. (bring home your own sage bundle)

As we prepare to manifest for the new year learn what crystals to use to help amplify your vision. Select from a variety of crystals.

Receive an individual Angel Card Reading. Receive messages from your angles and past loved ones.

During the second half of the workshop you will be manifesting your 2024 vision. Bring your planner, journal or tag board and any art supplies, stickers, magazines and quotes you want to use. (some supplies provided)
