We are excited to invite local businesses and practitioners to become vendors at our 4th Annual Holistic Wellness Fair! This event is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your products and services, connect with a large and engaged audience, and introduce attendees to holistic offerings they may not have experienced before.
We welcome all holistic-related businesses and services.

Each vendor will receive:
Swag Bags
We will be offering swag bags to the first 25 attendees, which are always a huge hit! Attendees line up early for a chance to receive one.

What’s New This Year
✨ Food Truck Rally: We are thrilled to be hosting a Food Truck Rally alongside the Wellness Fair to help boost attendance and create an even more vibrant event atmosphere.
🌸 Spring Date: We’ve moved the fair from February to April in hopes of enjoying nicer weather.
💡 2026 Theme – “Be the Light” This theme will be reflected in our swag bags. Participation in the theme is optional—it’s simply a fun and uplifting addition to this year’s event.

Vendor Information
- Vendor Fee: $35 (non-refundable)
- Registration Deadline: March 15, 2026
- Booth Availability: Limited to 45 vendors
Spots filled quickly last year, so early registration is encouraged!
Each vendor will receive:
- One 8-foot table
- One chair
(Please indicate on the registration form if additional tables or chairs are needed.)
Swag Bags

- Gift cards valid during the event
- Business cards or promotional items
- Crystals, bracelets, soaps, oils, and other small holistic gifts
Set-Up & Event Guidelines
- Set-up begins: 8:00 AM
- Vendors must be fully set up by 9:45 AM
- Vendors are required to remain for the entire event

We’re so excited to add a little extra fun to our first-ever themed Holistic Wellness Fair! This year’s theme is: “Be the Light” ✨
To celebrate, we’re offering attendees and vendors the chance to pre-order a shirt to pick up the day of the fair. Shirts are $16 each and come in a variety of colors and sizes—perfect for showing your support and spreading positive vibes!
Participation in the theme is completely optional, but we think it’s a fun way to shine a little brighter at this year’s event.
